Front page layout

We used to have an old front page entry, displaying the Creed in full, but it was a bit cluttered, and made it hard to find the news when you came to the front page - the goal of any news page is to give you the news easily and quickly.

So I did a bit of arranging, and now the Creed, and an introduction to the Circle is still there, but much better formatted and laid out, hopefully meaning you can find the site news easily and quickly.
