So when do I get an email?

The Femdom Circle website has email functionality built right into it. There are several kinds of emails you may get.

From other members:

Any member can see your profile, and by hitting the “email” button, can send you an email. Don’t worry though, unless you reply to them, your email address is hidden, and they cannot get it. Non members will NEVER have your email address.

From FDC founders:

Mistress Lisa, Lady Lisa and Mistress Sue have the ability to send broadcast emails to groups on the website, and will occassionally email you some current or urgent information about an event or a munch coming up.

Automatic emails:

There are also some automatically generated emails. For example - when you signup for a munch, you will receive an email to tell you when someone else signs up. Or, when you have posted to a thread in any of the forums, you will get an email to tell you when someone replies to you. It is possible to signup for these notifications on threads you have not posted in by clicking on the “Subscribe to this thread” link.

What about private messages?

Other site members can send you private messages. These differ from email in that they never leave the site. Your personal contact information is never revealed to the other person. You will be emailed to notify you that there is a private message waiting at the site, and you can get to them right from the front page, just click the envelope.
